4. Google Services Integration

By using the "Sign in with Google" feature and granting access to your Google Calendar, you allow the App to retrieve, manage, and modify calendar events on your behalf. The App will only access your calendar data to provide the intended functionality.

5. Termination of Use

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the App, including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials within the App are the exclusive property of InventiveHQ or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, or using any content from the App without our express written permission.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If changes are made, we will post the updated Terms within the App. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
